
Have you ever found yourself ringing in the new year with that resolution to "get back at it", and into the gym? All that…only to find yourself back on the couch not wanting to move in short order because it's so cold and snowy out?
Here is a helpful tip. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE WEATHER IN THE FALL. The scenery is gorgeous, the weather cool but not too cold, and it helps you develop healthy habits before the tough holiday season is upon us. When we hit the holidays it's so easy to eat too much, sit too much and generally feel sluggish all the time.
Grab a friend and head out for a walk, jog or run this season…it may just set you up not to have to make a crazy new year's resolution you will cave on because you've already been crushing it for the past 3 months.
