On the eve of the NYS budget vote, this video seemed too perfect for the moment. We aren't going to "wax political" here on this blog, and we'd encourage you to resist that urge as well. Tonight…it's simply a reminder. It's about excitement. It's about opportunity. And it's given to us by a child. A middle school boy with a vision…reminding us that they (students) have some of the answers all of us adults have been searching for. We hope you enjoy this short video as much as we did. Little B.E.'s Consignment opened this month in downtown Fredonia. It's located at 53 West Main Street. (Right on the corner of Forest Place and West Main Street). It's always exciting to welcome new businesses to our area, so
we thought this was great "FOOD FOR THOUGHT". Stop in and meet the owners, Brian and Pam Clukey. Decades later one of the all-time great restaurants in the history of Fredonia opened. Some of the best home-made pies ever served! Their name encompassed the building you are looking at. None of us know how much of it we get in this life. So when we spend it telling our children WHAT to think, we miss our greatest responsibility and ultimately rob them of an amazing opportunity. When we teach them HOW to think? That's where the gift is. When they know HOW to think on their own, they will be able to solve problems the same way.
