 Every time one of those little clusters takes flight, your allergies are in for a fight. Here are a few tips to help you "CONCORD" your allergies!
 It SNOT fun. (Yes...we are punny). Do you see the yellow dusting on EVERYTHING? It's the attack of the pollen! But you don't have to let the pollen take over your weekend! If you are suffering from allergy issues...stop in and see us today. We've got what you need to get through it. We are ready to answer all of your allergy questions. And you won't have to learn how to say...GESUNDHEIT!
 What do you want to conquer?
Eating healthier? Exercising more? Overcoming an addiction? Finishing your education? Being a better parent? Being a better communicator? Spending more time with your family? Laughing more than you complain? Having healthy relationships? Drinking more water? Raising your self-esteem? What do you want your legacy to be? You might relate to one, some, or all of these. You might even have more you'd add to the list. The reason we started one, is we are launching a journey at Concord Pharmacy that we'd love you to join us on. We all have areas of life we want to conquer. We want to get better at some things, stop doing others, and make a positive impact on the world around us. So if you are game, make sure you stay connected to us on facebook and here on our blog. We aren't totally sure how this will all play out...but the goal is to be the encouragement we all need. A reminder that we are here for you, as you make your progress. And also a reminder that it is way more fun to do something like this on a team. Together. In relationship. Being part of a community. At least these little guys aren't blowing all over the place.
Spring will be here before we know it, and so will all the "fun" that comes with dealing with seasonal allergies. So enjoy the sun today... AND since we mentioned it, it's not too early to start asking questions about how to be best prepared for allergy season. Talk with your physician, and as always...feel free to come in and ask Greg how you can navigate allergy-ville.  The fall season may be one of the biggest advantages you have to getting back on track with your exercise plan.
Have you ever found yourself ringing in the new year with that resolution to "get back at it", and into the gym? All that…only to find yourself back on the couch not wanting to move in short order because it's so cold and snowy out? Here is a helpful tip. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE WEATHER IN THE FALL. The scenery is gorgeous, the weather cool but not too cold, and it helps you develop healthy habits before the tough holiday season is upon us. When we hit the holidays it's so easy to eat too much, sit too much and generally feel sluggish all the time. Grab a friend and head out for a walk, jog or run this season…it may just set you up not to have to make a crazy new year's resolution you will cave on because you've already been crushing it for the past 3 months.
